Grant is an active property investor in the Manawatu region and is the current President of the Manawatu Property Investors Assn.Grant is passionate about wealth creation through property and enjoys helping others to get the most return they can from property investment.

Grant believes that property investment should be treated as a business and that one of the key points of difference between being a landlord, and being a property investor, is the use of a professional property manager. With this belief in mind Grant decided to start Manawatu Property Limited – a business dedicated to providing the best property management service to the Manawatu region.

Carmen Wineera – Property Manager
Carmen joined our team recently and has her own investment properties in Palmerston North. Carmen’s background is in teaching and her skills and experience in education, communication, relationship building, and people management are very useful in her role as our property manager.

Carmen manages the majority of communication with our tenants and clients on a daily basis and will keep in touch with you directly if we require any authorisation from you in relation to the management of your portfolio.

Aaron Clancy – Director
Aaron has a great passion for property, and also has several investment properties in the region.Aaron recently finished working with the RNZAF as an Aircraft Technician after 7.5 years service and he also has a Bachelor in Business Studies majoring in Accounting and Management.
